Questions & Answers

Q: What type of Music CDs will I get? A: We get everything from popular to one hit wonders to whatever.  We do not sell bootleg items. The majority of what we receive has had some sort of radio airplay. We do not know a good portion of the artists; Cannot keep track of it all, especially with all the genres and artists out there. It all comes and goes! We are no more than bulk liquidators of overstock, closeout, surplus & salvage media products. Therefore we cannot and do not guarantee title selection, that you will like what you get or even know the artists you will receive. Number one reason is everybody is different. We only make one guarantee and that is CD count, with multiple CD sets counting as per their  CD count.

Q: What type of DVDs will I get? A: The majority of what we sell are the budget classics and are sometimes called "Public domain".  All products are new, not used. These DVDs are not bootleg copies.  These are older movies and videos, great for their time. Generally from the 50's,  60's & 70's to early 90's. We supply many DVDs from several manufactures such as; Madacy, Good Times, Platinum, Nu Vision, Front Row and many other budget lines. Because we sell in bulk we cannot offer a title listing, guarantee title selection or video quality. Do not expect to receive Blockbuster hits in these lots. Overall, these are great for Collector's, Budget bins, Truck stops, Retail & Dollar stores.

Q: Can I make money? A: Yes. How much money you make and how you sell the CDs is entirely up to you. Ultimately, it's up to you to create the market and hype for your products. There are several mediums as to where you can sell. Some of the best places are: On-line and public auctions, retail, dollar and convenient stores, truck stops, flea markets, high traffic websites, banner ads, pawn shops, fairs and carnivals, vending machines, etc...

Scenario: If you bought 1 pallet of 10,000 CDs @ $3600.00 and sold every disc for only $1.00, you will have made almost 150% return on your investment. The majority of the CDs will have an original price range of $12-$18.

*FACT: People are more opt to buy a CD they have never heard of at a ridiculous price than they would at full price, just to give it a try. Average sale to one person 10-20 CDs @ $1.00 ea. (Please Note: This is just an example at the lowest dollar figure.) You set the tone and pace of your inventory by setting your prices. Low prices... High turnover. High Prices... Slower turnover.

Q: How Much is Shipping? A: Shipping rates depend on the weight, volume and destination. On occasion... we drop our prices and run specials for Free Shipping on certain items, especially during the holidays.  When submitting an order through our website using BUY NOW buttons, you can choose your shipping method via USPS & UPS and all shipping charges will be calculated on the whole order, not per item, at that time.

Most pallet/container orders containing 10,000 or more units are eligible for Free Shipping within the 48 United States & Canada. However, there are certain areas that will require additional shipping fees.

Examples: Lake Ronkonkoma, NY / Vancouver Island, Canada / Basically anyplace that requires ferry or other transportation requirements.

Also, some pallets/containers are ineligible for free shipping. Please check with your sales rep to see if your lot qualifies for the free shipping. AK, HI, PR and other U.S. Territories will be required to pay additional shipping charges.

Q: Do you ship to Canada? A: Yes, we can ship to just about anywhere in Canada. We can get some great shipping rates on pallet orders of CD & DVD products as well.

Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, we can ship to most areas globally. However, shipping can get rather expensive on lesser quantities. It is costs relatively the same to ship a full container vs. a single pallet.

Q: Do you ship pallets and truckloads to residential addresses? A: Yes, we do. We think it is wonderful to see working homes. However, there are a few things to consider before you order these quantities. Ask yourself the following questions:

1. Do I have the space?  If not, we suggest renting a few storage units, or if you own your home and have the capacity, put up your own building/storage. You'll save tons of cash in the long run and increase your homes value at the same time.

2. How will I unload the product? If you don't have the necessary equipment, we suggest renting. However, if you are in this game for the long hall, it is wise to purchase your tools for the job.

Tools that you'll need: Dolly, Pallet Jack, Custom Truck Ramp, and if applicable... a Forklift. With the cost of a forklift, we suggest renting. However, if you shop around you can pick up a good used forklift for under $1000.

Q: Will there be duplication in the CD lots? A: It all depends on the the lot that you purchase. Sampler lots of 30, 60 & 100 pieces will contain No Duplication. Larger orders will. We work on averages. Because we are bulk liquidators, we can have well over 500,000 copies of any one title available.

Scenario: If we have 100,000 copies of "Joe Blow - The Greatest Records Ever" and 10,000 Copies of "Jane Blow - I Need Love, Joe" you will get a little more of Joe than Jane.

Q: Do you drop ship? A: Yes! We offer FREE drop shipping anywhere within the U.S. 48 states. We also ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. However, there will be some additional shipping fees associated with these areas.

Q: How do I order for my customer? A: It's all very easy. We treat all drop ship orders just like a regular order. If you supply us with a logo and shipping information, we can create a professional looking invoice with all your business information attached to your customers package. This way, they see your company and not ours.

Q: What method of shipping do you use? A: For most of our smaller quantity lots [Less than 10,000 CDs, Cassettes, DVDs], We only ship via Freight & UPS which requires a physical address [No P.O. Boxes]. On larger quantities, most are shipped via Freight Carriers.

Q: Once I buy my product where do I sell it? A: There are many mediums as to where you can sell your items. Many of our customers sell online via auctions. Such as; UBid, Bidville, Ebay, Amazon, Yahoo, ePier, Half.com and several other online venues. Also, some of the best places to move products are Truck stops, Convenient stores, Retail and Dollar stores, CD Vending Machines, DVD Vending Machines, flea markets, fairs and carnivals, web stores, etc...

Over the past few years we have seen an increase in varying methods that our products are selling. The one that strikes us as being that of interest is Fund Raisers. Schools and charity groups have been catching on to this trend as well. It just proves that there are no limits to where and how you can sell.

Q: Do you supply tracking information. A: Yes... On most orders. If you supply us with your valid email address when ordering, we can have UPS email you with the tracking information when they process your package.

Q: Why are most of your lots not manifested? A: Because of the volumes we move and some of the products that we receive it is nearly impossible to manifest every lot, especially with few to single item inventories. We receive everything from thousands of copies of any particular title to just a few copies. Therefore, we randomly select titles for each and every lot and try to give the most of what we have on hand.

Q: What is your return policy? A: All Sales Are Final! The reason for this is we deal in surplus, salvage and closeout products. You are not paying retail, wholesale or most of the time closeout prices. You are paying liquidation pricing, which in turn spells out "Dirt Cheap". Therefore all sales are absolute and final!

Before considering this type of purchase you should always think it through, use due diligence, and make sure this deal is right for you. This is mainly why we offer smaller lots for you to try and sample before you make a commitment to a larger purchase.

However, if by chance, there is a merchandise return and we are forced to take back the merchandise; there will be a 100% restocking fee charge imposed for the return of the merchandise.
